1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions, and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from Janet Finch-Saunders MS and Delyth Jewell MS.
2 UK Committee on Climate Change (CCC) Progress report: Reducing emissions in Wales - evidence session with the Minister for Climate Change
2.1 The Committee received evidence from the Minister for Climate Change and Welsh Government officials.
3 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 (vi) and (ix) to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of today's meeting
3.1 The motion was agreed.
4 Consideration of evidence received during the Ministerial evidence session
4.1 The Committee considered the evidence received under item 2.
4.2 The Committee agreed to write to the Minister for further details on some of the issues raised during the session.
